Beginning with an efficient, sensible house plan rich in style and warmth, CityScape Builders then adds features and amenities families desire but don’t always expect to find in a custom home.

CityScape strives to establish an atmosphere of trust, service and personal attention with each homebuyer.  This continues through all stages of the home building experience, with particular attention given during the warranty phase.   

Founded in 1991, CityScape began by building two or three homes a year while also undertaking extensive remodeling projects “Inside the Beltline”, in Raleigh.  Over the years, our reputation for quality and integrity spread throughout the Triangle.  Today, you will find CityScape constructing custom homes in many of the area’s finest neighborhoods.  As part of the prestigious Bedford Builder Group and Triangle Builders Guild, we intend to continue this tradition for many years to come.
